The Pet Memento Story

Within an 18 month time span all three of my pets passed away. My dog, running buddy and "bad guy" deterrent, Mycroft and cat, Gino both rapidly succumbed to cancer and the other kitty, Lamont suddenly collapsed as the result of an undetectable heart defect. Together they had been my support system through a divorce and three major moves across the country. I loved each and every minute of having them. All were relatively young and I had always thought I'd have them for many years to come. To say I was devastated doesn't begin to cover it.

There aren't many options when deciding what to do with a pet's remains and maybe I'm a little "out there" for wanting something more special for mine. Whatever the case, one day I was browsing the charm and locket section in a store when the idea for Pet Memento was born.

While Pet Memento wants you to be a thrilled customer, purchases are non-refundable. If the locket arrives broken or damaged you must return it within 7 business days stating the specific cause for the return in order to receive a replacement. If the return is valid we will ship you a replacement, subject to inventory levels, as quickly as possible. Engraving adds 3-5 business days so please be patient.
